We are mother-and-son duo Pam and Luke, owners of Field Fayre, a thriving independent health food shop in the vibrant market town of Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire.  Our aim is to provide quality organic, natural and ethical health products from trusted brands. Along with Nicky who has worked in the shop since 2004, we have a real passion for good food. Our ethos is simple…quality, freshness and locally sourced (where possible). We pride ourselves in keeping food waste to a minimum and food miles low. Take a look to see how far your groceries travel.

We’ve always been aware that what we do has an impact on the environment. We only deliver our Fruit & Veg Boxes once a week, keeping carbon emissions and food miles to a minimum. Most of our packaging can be recycled or reused. The paper bags we use in the shop – and even the pots for our fresh olives – are all biodegradable.
